Mediterráneamente (vii)

Posted by Luis Ameller (Menorca, Spain) on 22 October 2009 in Lifestyle & Culture.

Many years ago on the island of Formentera, the local fishermen used to sundry the fish they caught, it was split and held by wooden splinters hanging from a tree.
Nowadays, these dead but useful trees are still easily found. And although time has gone by sometimes, and according to the season one can find fish drying.
