Close, close, closer . . . hee hee . . the easiest way I find is with Gradient Mapping but there are some really sophisticated conversions out there that some guys use. Personally, I usually end up using Duotone/Quadratone because I like it better.

@Ronnie 2¢: Thanks for the tip, but was actually trying directly from the camera, fiddling with the WB!
